Hobo Hotel Helsinki consists of 183 rooms, bar & restaurant, multiple meeting & events spaces and the popup space called SpaceBy. We are located right in the heart of Helsinki.
Creativity and challenging the accepted is what Hobo is all about and now we are looking for summer receptionist, or even two. ;)
We are looking for…
What we are looking for the most is a person with the right attitude and personality - someone who is creative, humble and has a sustainable approach to life. You always want to deliver a memorable and positive experience to our guests and your passion seeps out through the details. You have humor, laugh a lot and like to have fun (not mandatory but we have a lot of fun at work).
Your responsibilities:
🛎️ Welcoming and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs
📞 Handling inquiries, bookings, and special requests with ease
🎭 Creating a warm and engaging atmosphere for our guests
💰 Processing payments and managing invoices accurately
🛡️ Ensuring safety, security, and smooth operations at the front desk
What you bring:
✔️ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔️ A professional, friendly, and proactive approach
✔️ Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or a similar role
✔️ Ability to stay organized and handle a fast-paced environment
